Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Operations Manager to join our leadership team. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in both the operational and strategic aspects of our business. This individual will oversee studio operations, manage e-commerce functions, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive business growth and achieve our ambitious revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement operations strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee daily operations of the London studio, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer support.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
- Work cross-functionally to meet project milestones and achieve objectives.
- Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
- Supervise and support studio staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive both online and offline sales.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional development and growth.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Contribute to financial strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform service improvements and product offerings.
- Implement customer satisfaction metrics and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to track and enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or extensive management experience.
- Proven experience in a management role within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
