Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are prohibited.
  • All initial shipping fees paid are non-refundable. 
  • Shopify applies conversion rates to each payment based on current exchange rates, plus a 1.5% currency exchange fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges, however, may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased, we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn.
  • All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
  • Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products.
  • In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

  • All orders must be returned in the original packaging.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.
  • Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.
  • Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
  • Fees for any expedited processing time are non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Period: Cancellations can only be made within 48 hours after the initial purchase. This period begins from the moment the order is placed.
  • Customisation: All units are customised to your specifications. Once the 48-hour cancellation period has passed, orders will be processed and customised accordingly.
  • Charges for Late Cancellations: Any cancellation requests received after the 48-hour period will not be accommodated. Orders not cancelled within this timeframe will be charged at full price, and the customer will be liable for the total cost of the order.
