Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced wig stylist to join the Chrissy Bales team, contribute to our continued success and deliver consistently exceptional service for our loyal client base.
What we require you to do:
- Wash and condition wigs using professional products
- Cut, trim and style wigs using professional equipment
- Apply hair treatment products to wigs, as needed (e.g. colour protection creams and hydrating masks)
- Apply a wide range of hair colouring techniques (e.g. highlights, ombre and balayage)
- Create various hairstyles dependent on the clients specification
- Prep and style client's hair, where necessary (e.g. cornrows)
- Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
- Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilise tools, as needed
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, hairstyles and products
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of hair products and tools
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional wig stylist/maker
- Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
- Hands-on experience with various colouring techniques
- Knowledge of a wide range of hairstyles, suitable for various lengths & textures
- Up-to-date with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours

Role Overview
Chrissy Bales is a luxury wig studio known for exceptional craftsmanship and transformational client outcomes. We are seeking a Social Media Content Lead to own the brand’s social presence end-to-end from content strategy and in-studio filming through to editing, publishing, and daily platform management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently execute at a high standard. You are accountable for how the brand shows up online every day, ensuring content is premium, intentional, and commercially effective.
This is not a junior role, nor a scheduling-only position; it requires full ownership, strong creative judgement, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Social Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly social content plans.
- Align plans with marketing priorities and launches.
- Promote studio services and consultations.
- Showcase client transformation journeys and aftercare.
- Define and maintain clear content pillars.
- Balance storytelling, education, authority, and conversion.
- Use performance insights to refine formats, hooks, and messaging.
Filming & In-Studio Content Creation
- Film high-quality short-form content within the studio.
- Capture wig installs and client transformations.
- Record client reactions and testimonials.
- Show behind-the-scenes craftsmanship.

This role is responsible for what we market, when we market it, and why — ensuring all marketing activity supports consultation bookings, product sales, and long-term brand equity. You will work closely with the team to ensure marketing is commercially aligned and operationally realistic.
This is a senior, strategic role with clear ownership and influence. It is not a coordination or execution-only position.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own quarterly and annual marketing strategy aligned to studio services and consultations.
- Support product launches and availability.
