Shipping policy
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
Last DHL shipping dates for delivery before Christmas:
• UK: 19th December 2024
• INTERNATIONAL: 16th December 2024
When placing your order, please select the appropriate Processing Time & Shipping Method.
We will have no deliveries or collections on the following dates:
• Christmas Day 25th December 2024
• Boxing Day 26th December 2024
• New Years Eve 31st December 2024
• New Years Day 1st January 2025
Orders will be processed and shipped until Christmas Eve 24th December then processed and shipped again from 27th December.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
• Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days from the moment your order has been paid for in full. Normal service takes 5-10 working days for the wig to be made.
• Standard Delivery is shipped out Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).
• Standard Delivery is £6.50.
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
• Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 1pm.
• Next Day Delivery is excluded on weekends and public holidays.
• Next Day Delivery is shipped out the next working day once your order has been processed/made depending on the service you opted for.
• Next Day Delivery costs £15.99.
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Next Day Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm and a signature will be required upon receipt.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY
• International Express Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 working days from the moment your order has been paid for in full.
• International Express Delivery costs: Africa - £58.00, USA - £45.00, Europe - £30.00, Rest of the World - £70.00
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required upon receipt.
• Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Chrissy Bales are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
• Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL SUPER EXPRESS DELIVERY
• International Super Express Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days from the moment your order has been paid for in full. Orders must be placed before 1pm.
• International Super Express Delivery costs: Africa, USA, Europe & Rest of the World - £90.00
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required upon receipt.
• Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Chrissy Bales are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

UNDELIVERED ORDER
• You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on info@chrissybales.com.
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sitewide sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Chrissy Bales cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
