When I arrived for my first consultation the lady at the reception greeted me with a warm smile while waiting for my consultation to start a form to fill a glass of water.
A beautiful lady then arrived straight away made me feel special this lady being Chrissy Bales, everything was perfect Chrissy tried on several wigs after a discussion on my lifestyle and needs. A lady that knows what I need I absolutely fell in love with the second one which made me feel so emotional 🥲 in a good way, but several more were tried and shown to me.
I went with the wig that I felt like me which was the second one, all measurements were done texture density etc.
My next consultation four weeks later for fitting and cutting which all done by Chrissy WOW what a guru I looked absolutely amazing and felt beautiful. Thank you so much to Chrissy and her team for making my process so beautiful. I have had the most fabulous compliments, very very highly recommend the BEST will be putting in another order 🩷

I have a bi-monthly subscription and after each care the pieces look as good as new. But I was not ready for the closure replacement - wow, it looks like this wig will never get old :) Well done to Chrissy Bales team.

This review is long overdue as life got pretty busy during November/December 2024 but I just have to say I absolutely love, love, love my Kaya wig! I have received so many compliments even from strangers.

The hair is of exceptional quality and fits to perfection.

My experience at my fitting was truly top-tier. Chrissy’s passion for her clients shines through in everything she does. She took the time to answer all my questions about hair and taught me so much during my fitting. Her staff members were equally amazing the girls were professional, kind, and incredibly detailed in showing me how to style my wig.

The attention to detail and personal touches during my visit were simply unmatched. Chrissy made me feel like a million dollars on my birthday and I can’t recommend purchasing a Chrissy Bales wig enough, 100% worth it!
