How long the service will take:
Please choose the preferred amount of Processing Time you require for us to work on your unit and and then select your method of Delivery at checkout.
On receipt of your payment, you will receive an email with information on how-to post your unit to us. You also have the option for Studio Drop Off & Pick Up if this is easier for you.
Once the service is complete, we will notify you to arrange delivery or collection.
Curls were ok but no clips/pins used to hold shape so they were somewhat flat on arrival

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for your experience.
Asking for the curls to be pinned is available on request, as it creates a tighter curl pattern. Curl tightness can vary based on individual preference, with some clients preferring looser curls and others opting for a more defined look. As your instructions were for the unit to be curled, it was styled accordingly when sent to you.
In the future, if the curls are not to your preference upon receipt, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@chrissybales.com — we can guarantee it will be rectified promptly.
As this has just come to our attention, the offer is still available. Kindly send us an email letting us know when you would be able to drop off your unit at the studio, and we will have it curled with pins to your liking. Please note that this service is complimentary.
