Wig care subscription

-By purchasing our Chrissy Bales wig care subscription you are agreeing to the initial and reoccurring monthly, monthly premium or yearly subscription fee at the current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all the reoccurring charges of your chosen subscription until the end of your subscription which is after 12 months.

Please note that we calculate your subscription agreement in whole calendar months as this is a 12-month contract, you must pay the charges for the services you have subscribed to. If you decide that you want early termination from your subscription you will still be billed the remaining months you may have left of your subscription and an email must be sent to us a month prior to when you would like to cancel for example if your subscription started from the 3rd of February and you want to cancel in May, you would give us notice from April that you would like to cancel your subscription but you will still be charged for the remaining months after May.

We will notify you in order to acknowledge your notice of an early subscription Withdrawal.
You can use the services a maximum of once per month and max of 12 times within the 12 month duration from the contract starting date.

Clients do have the chance to upgrade their subscriptions where they can notify us (a months notice is preferable) the price difference will automatically be updated from the following month of their request e.g. Monthly to monthly premium will go from £59.99 to £79.99 and the upgrade will begin from the following month e.g. you request for an upgrade in July, you will be billed the upgrade price starting from August.

When this subscription starts:

Your subscription will start on the date of your subscription confirmation so if you start your subscription on the 11th of any month, your subscription will begin then and you billed on the 11th of every month.

This service we supply and what you can expect of us

This service is available in the UK and you may access certain service within certain countries, where subscription services are available across the globe (only applicable to where DHL services operate) certain features of the subscription maybe restricted some services may be available at a later date and additional charges may apply e.g. private fittings

The service isn’t fault free; a range of different geographic, atmospheric or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control can impair. For instance if DHL do not offer delivery of pick up services for particular regions situated in a particular country. You are entitled to the quality of service generally given you bus here at Chrissy Bales using our skills to extend the life-span of your wig/s. If something does go wrong on our part, that may disrupt the quality of our service we’ll try to rectify the issue quickly.

You must provide us with your current email address and postal address for the billing purposes and receiving notices and other communications from us. You must keep this address up-to-date and/ or tell us immediately if there are any changes to it. You’re responsible for making sure your email address works and you’l be responsible for all consequences for errors in sending receiving email (including our emails being directed to your “junk mail”. We can add to, change, substitute or discontinue any additional services we provide at any time but under any circumstance we’ll be sure to notify you before any changes occur.

What we expect of you

You agree: To give us any information you provide us or we reasonably ask for in relation to this subscription and that any information given is factually correct and up-to-date.
To take adequate steps to avoid severe damage to your units.
You must not use or permit anyone else to use this service failure to comply will result to a full payment and loss of contract

Access to the website www.chrissybales.com and the purchase of products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services’). By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. 
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website. 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order online with www.chrissybales.com you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

CB wigs is responsible for all card transactions made on our website. Card payments are processed using Elavon Merchant Services and all credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Any cancellation made after the order has been confirmed will be subject to a £99 admin and transaction fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Pricing

The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). The price in GBP can be converted to a number of different currencies. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email detailing the change.

Availability

We at CB wigs make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

Delivery

UK delivery options include express delivery (1-2days) and Standard delivery (3-5 working days). International delivery options include Standard International delivery (5-7 working days) and DHL Express (3-5 days).

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreemen. ts between you and CB wigs . Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of CB wigs .
